Make this for dinner: rolled pizza bites
I have already found myself in a situation many times that I have to quickly prepare a good snack that will be to everyone’s taste. This is usually when sudden guests arrive and there is not much time available. In such a situation, all we need is a proven and simple recipe for a fine bite, and a pizza roll made from ready-made crusts is a great choice that can always be easily made.
This finger food for every situation is made from ready-made crusts and foods that you always have in the fridge. When you eat this fine roll, it reminds you of a real pizza with which you share most of the ingredients – of course, with the exception of the dough, since they are crusts – so it will be to everyone’s liking due to its distinctive taste.
PIZZA ROLL OF FINISHED CRUSTS WHICH EVERYONE LOVES
For each roll, you need six crusts that we fill with a number of ingredients such as cooked ham (maybe another one, but in my opinion it gives the best taste), cheese, ketchup and oregano. There is also a filling for coating eggs and sour cream, which is applied in several layers and gives an excellent and rich taste, which is why you will always be happy to make this pizza roll from ready-made crusts.
Along with baking, this pizza roll does not take more than 45 minutes, and the result is always such that it will always disappear in an instant. This dish can’t fail you, and fine crunchy snacks will go great with any conversation and socializing.
First you need to prepare the filling for coating.
In a bowl with sour cream, add eggs, salt and mix everything with a whisk.
Cut the ham into smaller pieces, as well as the cheese.
Separate 6 crusts for the first roll.
Put two crusts on the base.
Put 3 tablespoons of the filling filling on them and spread it well.
Cover with one crust that is coated with half of the ketchup and sprinkled with oregano.
Cover with new crust, and re-coat it with 3 tablespoons of coating filler.
Spread the ham evenly over the filling and cover with new crust.
Now arrange half of the cheese, and cover with the last crust which is spread with 4 tablespoons of a mixture of eggs and sour cream.
The roll should be rolled very carefully: first the edges are bent on both sides, and then the central part of the crust carefully.
Transfer the rolled roll to a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Make another roll in the same way.
Before baking, coat the rolls with a mixture of eggs and sour cream, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
The roulades are baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
After baking the hot rolls cut into pieces 2 inches thick and enjoy.
